Reserve the Estate

The Casa Cook Estate, in its entirety, is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom residence composed of five independent units, each with private kitchens set around a sparkling pool in a beach front tropical garden.  The Casa Cook Estate is an ideal option for groups of 12 - 20 people.  Imagine having a private piece of paradise all to yourself:  shady hammocks on the beach, gated parking on the street, a private pool, concierge service and a sandy stretch of beautiful beach with surf just for you.  

When you reserve the Casa Cook Estate, your reservation includes the second-story Villa of the main house which is rented exclusively to groups who reserve the entire facility.  Our Villa consists of two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a double futon couch, cable TV and DVD player in each bedroom and three separate air conditioning units.  Yours also is the large private second-story balcony overlooking the pool and including a gas grill and comfortable spaces for lounging, eating and enjoying the sunset.

Reservations for the Casa Cook Estate must be made in advance and rates may vary according to the number of guests.

On the second floor of the main house above the Casita is our Villa, reserved only for parties who reserve the Casa Cook Estate.
