CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the date of occupancy, a full refund will be given (minus a $100 administrative fee). If you cancel less than 30 days prior to occupancy, a refund will be given only if the unit can be rented to another guest.
