RATES
Rates apply to units described on the Our Units page and are based on 2 persons occupancy. Please add $25 per night for each additional person. Maximum of 4 persons per Cabina, 6 persons in Casita, and 2 persons in apartment. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to occupancy, a full refund will be given minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to occupancy, a refund will be given only if the unit can be rented to another guest.
Please note that our rates include the 13 % sales/ tourist taxes unless payment is made with a credit card. *
